Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note: We currently ship worldwide with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Demet fragrance as much as we loved creating it. If your purchase doesn’t capture the essence you envisioned, we offer a refined returns process.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our fragrances, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mini Perfume & Roll-ons (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Any opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift sets with broken seals

The Return Process

Our four-step return process is designed for your convenience:

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely wrap the items in their original packaging with all documentation

Exchange Process

To exchange for a different fragrance:

  1. Follow the standard return process above

International exchanges: Where available, additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
