Our Return Philosophy

We understand that selecting a fragrance is an intimate experience. If your purchase doesn’t capture the essence you envisioned, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. All items must be in their original, unopened condition with packaging intact to preserve their delicate composition.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our fragrances, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mini Perfume & Roll-ons (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Any opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift sets with broken seals

The Return Process

Our return process is designed with the same attention to detail as our fragrance blending:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Fragrance Concierge at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for prompt service.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely wrap the items in their original packaging, including all documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our climate-controlled facility at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Exchange Process

Should you wish to exchange for a different fragrance:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You’ll receive email confirmation with tracking for your new item

For international exchanges (where available), additional shipping charges may apply.

Refund Information

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
